Shipping Policy (EU UPDATE)

Delays can be expected due to new Brexit legislation (1st Jan 2021) slowing down movement at the boarder. Some couriers have suspended services entirely.

Buyers from the EU also need to be aware that additional customs and VAT charges may occur in order to receive your item. Jonquil will make sure the correct customs forms and invoice are attached to the parcel in order to minimise any delays.

Shipping Policy (Regular)

You should expect dispatch in 1 days-2 weeks after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule:

- Orders will be despatched 1-3 days for in-stock original artwork and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday to be despatched by the end of the following business day.

- Orders for prints without frames will take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 4 days from despatch (UK). 

- If you have ordered a commissioned artwork. We will be in touch with you to give you an idea of the expected delivery date.

Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.

- Orders for delivery within the UK qualify for free delivery.

- All orders to anywhere outside the UK will incur a charge.

For deliveries outside the UK please contact us directly for a quote.

We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been despatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 7 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Jonquil.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded with the same process
